Satisfaction Guaranteed or Money Back Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Toys Tx Company. If for any reason you are not happy with an item, simply return it within 14 days from date of purchase in the original packaging for a full refund. Item(s) must be unopened and in original manufacturing packaging, otherwise NO refund will be given. No refund will be given for shipping. If you received FREE shipping for your purchase, the cost of shipping will be deducted from any refund that is issued.

Return Policy

1.  We must be notified of any return within 14 days from date of purchasing product(s).

2. The product must still be in ORIGINAL, UNOPENED PACKAGING. If item(s) are returned to us used and/or opened, no refund will be issued. Also, if item(s) are damaged in transit we reserve the right to refuse a refund so we highly recommend that you prepare your package carefully.

3. If the return was due to an error of ours (such as wrong product sent), we will accept responsibility for all shipping costs related to the return. When shipping back the incorrect item to us, please contact us beforehand to obtain a Return Authorization Number. No refunds will be issued if an item is returned to us without the Return Authorization Number. You will be given the choice to have a refund issued to your credit card or store credit to be used for future purchases.

4. If the return is not due to an error of ours (such as wrong product purchased), the buyer accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs plus a 20% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number before sending back any product(s).

5. Package returned to us marked "Refused", "Undeliverable", or otherwise, are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. This fee is applied so that we can recover our loss of fees that was incurred from the sale. If a package is lost or misdirected due to an incorrectly typed address, Toys Tx Company is not responsible. We have no control over addresses typed on the checkout pages. Please make sure you have typed in the correct address. Please double-check all info typed during checkout.

Refunds are generally issued within 7 business days (M-F) of us receiving the product(s) back. During the holiday season, please allow up to 14 business days (M-F) for a credit to be issued.

Please don't forget to include your order number with any return! Without an order number we cannot issue any refunds.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled as long as they have not been processed (most orders processed within 24 hours). Starting December 1st through December 25 no orders may be cancelled due to the holiday season. Please contact customerservice@toystx.com to see the status of your order to determine if an order can be cancelled. Pre-orders and back-orders can be cancelled anytime up until the item is in stock and your order has been processed.
